Delivery and Returns
At ZuhreAna you can choose from various delivery options, so you always receive your order in the way you want. Our current delivery time is 1-7 business days.
Standard delivery
€5.95 or FREE when you spend from €30,-
International delivery
€11.95 or FREE when you spend from €120,-
Our packages are delivered via PostNL/DHL/Ups/Fedex and more. This means that the delivery person can choose to deliver the package to the neighbors or to try again on another day if you are not present during the delivery time. In both cases you will receive a note from the delivery company in your letterbox
Returns
Items that have already been used or opened cannot be returned. By opening and possibly trying out an article, traces of use arise: this makes the article unsaleable for Zuhreana.eu After all, we always promise our customers new and undamaged products.
